1. General provisions

This personal data processing policy is compiled in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006. №152-FZ "On Personal Data" and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data taken by the Limited Liability Company "Siberian Mining and Technical Company" (hereinafter – the Operator).

1.1. The Operator sets as its most important goal and condition for carrying out its activities the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms when processing his personal data, including the protection of rights to the inviolability of private life, personal and family secrets.

1.2. This Operator’s policy regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter – the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator can receive about visitors to the sibmtc.global website. The Operator does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites to which the User can click on the links available on the site sibmtc.global.

2. Main concepts used in the Policy
2.1. Automated processing of personal data – processing of personal data using computer technology;

2.2. Blocking of personal data – temporary termination of personal data processing (except for cases where processing is necessary for personal data clarification);

Processing of personal data – any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without using such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data; The Operator processes the user's data until the moment of submitting his application for withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data.

2.8. Personal data – any information directly or indirectly related to a certain or identifiable User of the sibmtc.global website;

3. The Operator may process the following personal data of the User

3.1. Personal information that the User provides about himself independently during registration (creating an account) or in the process of using the Site and its services, including the User's personal data. 3.2. 5. Legal basis for processing personal data

5.1. The Operator processes the User's personal data only if they are filled in and/or sent by the User independently through special forms located on the sibmtc.global site. By filling out the relevant forms and/or sending their personal data to the Operator, the User agrees with this Policy.

6. The procedure for collecting, storing, transferring and other types of personal data processing

6.1. The personal information of Users is stored on the territory of the Russian Federation with compliance with all requirements established by the current Russian legislation.

6.6. The Site Administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unlawful or accidental access,
destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.

6.7. The Site Administration together with the User takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User's personal data.

7. Liability

7.1. The Site Administration, who did not fulfill its obligations, is liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of confidential information, the Site Administration is not responsible if this confidential information:

7.2.1. Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.

7.2.2. Was received from a third party before it was received by the Site Administration.

7.2.3. Was disclosed with the consent of the User.

8. Final provisions:

8.1. The Site Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.

8.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Privacy Policy.
